These breathwork classes are specifically crafted to activate your sympathetic nervous system, placing you in a controlled state of discomfort that allows your body to release the things holding you back.

Classes are held 7.00pm Tuesday at Destination Happiness,
332 Pakington St, (enter via stairs at back of building in John Place), Newtown - a beautifully designed,
purpose built wellness studio.
Beginners welcome. No equipment needed.

These guided breathwork sessions are designed for a personal experience, focussing specifically on what you want to achieve.
These sessions are held in a private suite at the Breath Bar,
Level 1, 138a Malop St, Geelong
Home visits or other locations
can be arranged on request.
Each session is tailored to your unique circumstances, so that you can
gain the maximum benefit from the breathwork.
