Breathwork is a simple and scientifically proven practice which helps to: These breathwork classes are specifically crafted to activate your sympathetic nervous system, placing you in a controlled state of discomfort that allows your body to release the things holding you back.
You will find these sessions to be highly effective for healing.
Classes are held 7.00pm Tuesday at Destination Happiness, 332 Pakington St, (enter via stairs at back of building in John Place), Newtown - a beautifully designed, purpose built wellness studio.
Beginners welcome. No equipment needed.

1 on 1 Guided Breathwork:

These guided breathwork sessions are designed for a personal experience, focussing specifically on what you want to achieve.
These sessions are held in a private suite at the Breath Bar, Level 1, 138a Malop St, Geelong
Home visits or other locations can be arranged on request.
Each session is tailored to your unique circumstances, so that you can gain the maximum benefit from the breathwork.
All sessions include:
1 on 1 Guided Release Breathwork (90mins)

Through overcoming significant life challenges, he has discovered the power of breathwork for emotional release and inner peace.

After completing Breathwork Facilitator Training, he now guides individuals through transformative sessions, fostering emotional well-being.
